Through the program carried out by PT Jababeka Tbk in collaboration with the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK), local governments, tenants and stakeholders, this is an effort to conserve water and soil, absorb emissions, protect infrastructure, mitigate erosion and hydrological disasters implemented on river banks. Integrated Service Post (Posyandu) is a Village/Kelurahan Community Institution (LKD/LKK) which is an important forum for community empowerment in improving services in the health sector. As a form of commitment to social care, PT NIPPON STEEL Chemical And Material Indonesia plays an active role through the Corporate Social Responsibility program “Cipadu” (Cinta Posyandu) organized by PT Jababeka Infrastruktur.
Assistance was distributed to 2 Posyandu assisted by PT NSCMJ, namely Posyandu Camar 2 located in Mekarmukti Village and Dahlia 5B located in Cikarang Kota Village with a total shelter of 132 babies and toddlers and 10 pregnant women. This program is implemented with a focus on improving Posyandu services in the form of assistance with service facilities such as medical mattresses and Dopplers to detect a baby’s heartbeat. Apart from that, this program also focuses on participant nutrition through providing additional food (PMT) for toddlers and vitamins for pregnant women.
